Shipments: 
At this time, we only ship within the USA. Orders will generally be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of your payment (except weekends) and your purchase(s) will be sent out United States Postal Service 1st Class Mail with tracking # and delivery confirmation for $7.99. Insurance is included in the $7.99 charge for all orders over $50. You will receive an email from USPS with a tracking # on it once a shipping label is generated, so no need to ask us for one. Shipping, postage, handling and insurance is all included in the $7.99.

 

Why the flat rate shipping? We sell many items across a large price range. Because of this, as a small business it is much more reasonable to set up flat rate shipping that is an average across our shipping costs… we can both agree that $7.99 shipping is too much for a $3 item and way too cheap for a $1,500 item, so we set up our shipping fee to work on averages. Please make sure you are o.k. with this before deciding to buy an item.

 

Returns 
We strive for accuracy in everything we list and want ALL customers to be happy with their purchase. We will accept returns under the following conditions: You must contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item to let us know you are returning the item, and your return must be RECEIVED BY US within 14 days of your receipt of the item in its original condition. If these conditions are met, we will refund the FULL AMOUNT OF THE SALE PRICE plus the original shipping price. Unfortunately, as a small business we cannot reimburse return shipping.

 

Will I be liable for my jewelry order while it is being shipped? 
Nope. We fully insure each order all the way to you. That means that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free. For added security, it's our policy that a signature is required for all orders over $500, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with the carrier.

 

What are my shipping options? 
Right now we ship all of our orders USPS Priority Mail, which gets things there pretty darn fast. Please plan in advance though if it is around the holidays to ensure you receive the gift on time!  If it is an emergency order (!) please contact us at jennifer@jewelryspring.com and we will make every effort to help you out!


How long does it take to receive my order? 
We make every effort to get it to you as soon as possible! All items listed are in stock and are generally shipped within 48 hours (except weekends). Custom orders may take longer to process. We generally ship USPS Priority which will take 1-4 days depending on your location. We are located in Georgia, and so shipments to the west coast for example will take longer.

 

How do I check the status of an order?
Click on "My Account" at the top of page go to "My Order History".

                     
How do I track my order after it has been shipped?
You will receive a USPS tracking number for your order, so please go to the USPS site and follow the package tracking instructions.
